6. Refund Policy

Since dvScripts products are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate orders
• Confirmed unresolvable technical issues

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, hosting problems, or issues caused by user modifications.

dvScripts includes support based on the product purchased. Support covers installation guidance and bug fixes but does not include server setup, custom development, or issues caused by modifying the original code.
