dvScripts provides digital software products delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer refunds in specific, fair situations explained below.

1. Digital Product Nature

dvScripts products (scripts, addons, UI themes, modules) are digital files that cannot be β€œreturned” once downloaded. When a purchase is completed, the product is instantly delivered and fully accessible. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge or incorrect installation
  • Hosting, server, or environment issues unrelated to dvScripts
  • Customization mistakes or modified code breaking functionality

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds are granted only in rare, valid cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments (you were charged twice)
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Wrong product delivered due to a system mistake (very rare)

All refund requests are reviewed manually to ensure fairness for both the buyer and dvScripts.

3. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products already downloaded or used
  • Errors caused by editing, removing, or rewriting core files
  • Issues caused by your SMM provider, APIs, or third-party services
  • Expecting custom development not included in the purchase
  • Unsuitable hosting or weak server performance

dvScripts is responsible only for issues directly related to the purchased product in its default, unmodified state.

4. Support Before Refund

Our support team will always attempt to solve any issue first. In most cases, problems come from environment configuration, not the script itself.

  • We provide installation guidance
  • We help diagnose server requirements
  • We provide bug fixes for original code

If the issue cannot be resolved and eligibility is confirmed, we may process a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting dvScripts support first may result in:

  • Immediate license termination
  • Permanent blacklist from future purchases
  • Revocation of product access and updates

We always encourage resolving issues directly with us before involving payment processors.
